In the Company of Horses is a charitable group that offers Equine Therapy to help people who have anxiety and mental health problems manage their condition and reduce overwhelming emotions. 

 

ITCOH offer non-ridden but horse-led programmes and individual sessions focused on improving participants' mental health.

The courses, which are a combination of psycho-education and experiential therapy, evidence a significant positive impact for those who complete them.  The aim is to make this therapy available to those who could benefit in our local community.
